  • Do you deliver to my city?

    Yes. We deliver all over Pakistan by courier — Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta, Faisalabad and smaller towns too. Most orders reach big cities in 2–4 working days.

    Send us your city on WhatsApp and we will confirm the delivery time and charges before you order. Every laptop is packed in bubble wrap and a sturdy box, and we share the tracking number once it is sent.

  • Are these laptops new or used?

    Most of our stock is imported used business and home laptops from the UK, US and Gulf, graded by condition. We also have some new, sealed-box laptops and a few refurbished ones with parts such as the battery replaced.

    Every laptop page shows its exact condition, and before you pay we send real photos and a short video of the unit you will receive — not stock pictures.

  • Is there a warranty?

    Yes. Every laptop comes with 7 days of working warranty. If you find a hardware fault in those 7 days, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out with you.

    We confirm the warranty on WhatsApp before you pay, so you know exactly what is included.

  • Why are prices not shown on the website?

    Imported laptop prices change with each shipment and with the exchange rate, so we give you the current price directly. Tap “Ask price on WhatsApp” on any laptop and we usually reply the same day with the price, photos and battery health.

  • Can I see more photos or a video of a laptop?

    Of course. Tap “Enquire on WhatsApp” on any laptop and we will send more photos from every side, a short video of it running, and the battery health report. If you are looking for something specific — a backlit keyboard, a certain processor — just ask.

  • How do I pay?

    For delivery, you pay in advance to confirm the order. Once the price and delivery charges are agreed on WhatsApp, we send you the payment details there. If you visit the shop in Islamabad, you can check the laptop in person before paying.

  • Can I visit the shop and check laptops in person?

    Yes, you are very welcome in Islamabad. Message us before you come and tell us which laptops you are interested in, so we can have them charged and ready for you to compare side by side.

  • Which laptop is best for my budget?

    Tell us your budget and what you will mainly use the laptop for — university, office work, video editing or gaming. We will suggest two or three good options that fit, with photos, so you can compare before deciding.

  • Do the laptops come with Windows installed?

    Yes. Laptops are delivered ready to use, with Windows installed, drivers set up and updates done. If you need MS Office or other common software, ask us when you order and we will help you get it set up.
